The Aloha String Figure

Serge Kahili King's booklet, The Aloha Spirit is well known for describing The Aloha Spirit of Hawaii and the method of turning from criticism to blessing. Lois' booklet is a companion piece bringing a visible symbol of blessings with a bracelet that is also a loop of string for performing The Aloha String Figure. The Aloha String Figure shows 9 diamonds which draws the performers hands into a hand gesture of peace and when viewed from the backside into a hand gesture of love. Truly a visible symbol for these trying times.

During the week of September 11, 2001, the need for influencing the path of peace and love in a world shocked in the attacks upon America became self evident.

We believe the use of this simple device will be

• a visible symbol of love and peace in the Incredible Rainbow Bracelet

• a method of relieving the fears, uncertainties, doubts and stress of these times

Wear your Rainbow Bracelet of Blessing and give one to those you love.

It is our desire to put the booklets and bracelet into the hands of all who need it. We are asking all those who share this vision to help defray the costs of printing, the cost of string and the costs of distribution to contact us at stokes@lava.net or telephone (808) 967-7225 to discuss your participation.

Cash donations should be sent to:
